How it works
- Free home visit. A supervisor visits you, looks at your home and discusses your wishes and schedule.
- Your cleaner. We select a cleaner who fits your household.
- Regular cleaning. Your cleaner comes on the agreed day. For changes, you contact our office – not your cleaner.
What our home cleaning includes
Regular cleaning
Kitchen, bathroom and toilet, dusting all rooms, vacuuming and mopping floors, emptying bins and general tidying.
Laundry and ironing
On request, we wash, iron and fold your laundry during the visit.
Extra tasks
Windows, oven and fridge cleaning on request – just let us know in advance by phone, email or WhatsApp.
Moving out?
We also do end of tenancy cleaning and attend the handover with you.

Will it always be the same cleaner?
Yes. You always have the same cleaner. Only during holidays or illness do we send a replacement.

No. Your cleaner is employed by Crown Facility. We pay the salary and handle social insurance and accident insurance.
Do I need to be at home during the cleaning?
No. We agree access with you during the home visit, for example with a key.
How much does home cleaning cost?
The price depends on the size of your home, the frequency and the tasks. After the free home visit, you receive a clear quote.
Do you speak English?
