Private Home Cleaning

Yes, you can send us a message in writing, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that your assigned cleaner might have a full schedule and therefore, might not be available. In such a case, we can make arrangements for a replacement cleaner.

Yes, if you want to cancel one session you can inform us 72 hours before the cleaning without incurring any charges. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the cleaning, we will charge 50% of the standard cleaning cost. If the cancellation occurs 12 hours or less before the cleaning, we will charge 75% of the standard cleaning cost.

We offer daily, weekly, or fortnightly cleaning services. We do not provide monthly service due to scheduling difficulties.

No, we only offer regular home cleaning services.

No, we clean using the tools and products of our customers. However, if you want us to buy everything for the first cleaning session, we can do that, and bill you on the monthly invoice.

Yes, we do offer replacements as a part of our service package. Please note that we are always trying our best, but it may be difficult to find a replacement during high-season holiday periods such as summer or Christmas.

The cleaning lady has three ways of entering your home: 1. You are home when she comes 2. You leave a key at a place known to us 3. We have a key to your home in our premises and issue a Key Agreement for your reference. We will take full responsibility for any loss. At Crown Maids, we hold 95% of the clients’ keys.

All the communication goes through our office. This is to avoid any misunderstanding between the client and the cleaning lady. If you have any special requests like cleaning the oven or fridge, please write to your Area Manager, and he or she will inform your current cleaner. We are also responsible for notifying you in case of the absence of the cleaner.

She can clean, make laundry, iron your clothes, spray, and clean your carpet, buy grocery or clean your windows. Our cleaning ladies are happy to accommodate any task in the household, just let us know if you have a special request.

We have many years of experience providing cleaning services to private households, and we can guarantee your satisfaction. In case you are not pleased with a cleaner, please inform your Area Manager, and she or he will assign another cleaner to your home. We will monitor the situation to make sure you receive a service to your satisfaction.

We do operate using contracts. Right from the first cleaning session, all insurances will be properly administrated.

The price includes all social payments, insurances, working permits, and administrative work. The price is including VAT. We do not charge any travel fees. The time starts when the cleaner arrives at your home and ends when she leaves.

At the end of each month, we control the hours’ reports from our employees, issue the invoice, and send it as an email with a PDF attachment to the client. A paper invoice has an additional charge of 2.- CHF per invoice. We have a payment policy of 14 days or 10 business days. We do not accept credit card payments.

Crown Maids has a company liability insurance and will cover damages above 100.- CHF. Please note that we will cover the current market price for any object. Crown Maids can perform an evaluation in case of a dispute. You can obtain a detailed insurance policy at our office.
